That's a good NSV! Fun to have things start to fit that didn't before, keep at it, you're definitely doing the right stuff!

I agree with Jennifer! Probably fluid retention your fine!

You'll have a whoosh in a couple of days. Our bodies are programmed by nature not to lose weight. As you lose fat, the body will temporarily replace the lost mass with water, which weighs more than fat. When it adjusts to the fat being gone, it releases it and you'll have a big whoosh overnight. Sometimes it can take a week but it will happen. Keep doing what you're doing!

Thank you for all your words of encouragement and lessons. im a cry baby.. so i get all bent out of shape. This is a learning process for me, and i hate, hate, hate failing. So again thank you for the support.

I know what you mean. I have some weird weigh ins as well and it can be discouraging. But now I see the pattern better and those small back tracks for a day or two result ultimately in that weight going plus some more. Focus on eating right and exercising and the results will follow. Just not in a straight line down.

The scale is only one measure - use a tape measure to see inches lost, too.
