JOURNAL: Can’t understand why Ketosis is so….illusive. I keep carb count <20g down…yet Keto blood #s fluctuate wildly around .5 mmll/L?????

might be the sugar. i know you only have 3g, but sugar at all throws you out of ketosis as do most forms of fake sugar oddly enough
