It's always great to see your numbers Judy. It's puzzling that your bs is still elevated? What does doc say about that with your fantastic loss and woe I'd expect it to be in the '80's. Nice you could enlightened your friends day❤️

Great work Judy! @8Patty blood glucose is dependent on so much more than weight, weight is more of a byproduct than the cause. For example I found out that sugar free jello spiked my glucose, you wouldn't think it would but it did, probably the sweeteners that they used. The following day my BG would be up by even 40. There are other foods and reasons as well.

I’m sorry to hear about your friend, but glad you got to spend some time with them. 🙆🏻‍♀️ It helps when you have to deal with the loss to have those memories. Your BS aren’t horrid at 108. Are you still taking metformin? Or any ither med that messes with digestion or blood sugars? Antidepressants are notorious for this and so are some other anti seizure meds. Cholesterol’s meds and some other extended release meds or flouride in your water will also strip magnesium from your body which can make ketosis harder to stay in. ( And NO blood tests done by most doctors don’t tell the correct story. Only 3% of your body’s magnesium is actually present in the blood. None of which the body really grabs, the important areas are in the tisdues and liver.) 🤷🏻‍♀️
