Micros DAILY AVERAGES FOR KETO WEEK -K27 Month DEC JOURNAL : 201 days on Keto. I went to gym ,Book club and Grocery shopping for the holiday. Quiet evening. Had 3 shots and 7 vials of blood taken yesterday. Arm was sore and I was tired all day. So, an evening dinner out with family was cancelled. Quasi fasting. Chewed some sugarless gum that turned out to have 2 carbs in each stick. I think I knew that about gum and then JUST forgot it???? My compass is broken tonight. Just let my guard down. Night all . Unsettling but I will accept it in myself and be more vigilant .
