Happy Monday Everyone - I hope everyone had a great weekend. Things here have been really steady. The plan to have fewer carbs in the evening has been working pretty well - managing close to 110 BGL in the evening and then 100 or so in the morning. Except one evening/morning my Pancreas was kind of a jerk - but other than that it has been consistent. I stayed on plan for the eating over the weekend - so there are no big surprises there. I got some yard work in which is nice to get outside in the sun and physically work. Something about putting your hands in the dirt and growing things is very cathartic. I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and has an amazing week on their adventure.
