After eating some of the fattiest sausages of my life yesterday for lunch I am okay with slight weight gain. I had to do it and now they are out of my system. Will be gradually rolling in new diet this week and upping calories so not expecting much in terms of weight-loss next few weeks my main aim is to increase the metabolism and start focusing on muscle gain. Given that my metabolism is I think currently slow I should in theory be able to gain muscle whilst eating less. Will try that out.
