Today, I did sets of reps on the bench press at 245lbs. First set 6 reps, 2nd set 4 reps and final set 4 reps. On the incline I did 2 sets of 10 reps, 1 set at 205lbs and 1 set at 185 lbs. I did 40 crunches at 190 lbs and finally I ran a mile in 6:30.
