Today I did a set of 6 reps on the bench press at 245 lbs. I did another set of 4 reps and a final set of 4 reps. On the incline, I did a set of 10 reps at 205 lbs and 185 lbs. Finally, I did 40 reps of crunches at 190 lbs. Workout #2 complete, 2 more to go. I also played 4 games of basketball last night for an hour.
