I have been away from FS but I am back now. So hard to say on WOE when you don't feel well.

On a good note:
I am no longer pre-diabetic. Yesterday's A1C was 5.3. Was 5.9 before starting LCHF. Yay Me!

I found out why I have been so fatigued. My Vitamin B12 level is barely above the low norm. Have to increase my mcg per day for now.

Hurray for you! That is awesome about your A1C. Hmm wonder if that is my problem too with the Vitamin B12. Did you get a lab test done to find out?
