...never weigh-in late in the day, like i did yesterday (at 430pm)! seems to take about 3-4 days to dump the insulin of an 'overcarb' day (like sunday was, my bad...)

There are no "cheat days", pro-athletes may 'get away with one' but they also burn tons of energy to allow for it...not sit in a cube staring at at a computer like the unholy offspring of the Pillsbury dough-boy and Dilbert.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Low Carb High Protein (MD Diet)   losing 28.0 lb a week

Yeah I hear ya' I do the same and a fact I am doing windows updates as I type. And yes, I am still paying for 1.5 days of OVERCARBING (aka Binge eating but I like yours better). LOL
