Melted Colby jack cheese! I spread a thin layer in frying pan on high, flipped when it was melty and bubbly. Then took out when it felt almost firm but still floppy. Laid it over a long handled cooking spoon balanced between 2 cups and draped it to dry in shape of taco shell :) or could do tostadas, easier hahaa
