Woke at 216.2, up 4.6 from yesterday. I saw that coming after a late night 'extra dinner.' Targeting 1500 calories today. Was going to hold off until dinner but ate a protein ketone bar in a stress-induced state! Will have some leftover chuck roast and cabbage tonight. UPDATE: I forgot that I had a business event today. I had a nice lunch there. Then I went out for drinks after work and Jason picked me up at the metro later. He and I went to our favorite restaurant and had some nice Italian food. Did not weigh in for the final time today. Will catch up on logging and weighing tomorrow.
