I'm coming right out and saying this. I have noticed this past month many that have signed on and are not actually doing Fat Flush.

If you are here to be on the Fat Flush board GET THE BOOK and READ IT! No, you can't have peanut butter, debbie's snack cakes, soda, breads, chips, etc etc.... YES THOSE ARE GOING TO KEEP YOU FAT!

NO don't whine to me if you are eating these and then gain weight and wonder why you aren't losing...duh READ THE BOOK

Don't ask me what you should eat, when you should eat it READ THE BOOK

Don't ask me for meal plans I will only say READ THE BOOK

This is a life style commitment...it isn't a quick fix. If you picked up the magazine last month and did the 3 day detox diet NOW GO BUY THE BOOK AND READ IT!

Am I fed up with this foolishness YES. I am getting ready to abandon this board since it is no longer a Fat Flush board but a 'Do your own thing and call it Fat Flush and whine cuz your not following the plan and losing the weight' board.

If you do not want to follow the plan. Please, for the sake of those who are following FF, go into your profile and change your diet to 'on my own diet' there are plenty out there doing that and you can all support one another. YOU are getting nothing from us on FF if you aren't doing FF, and I can only speak for me but know others feel the same, but we are sick of the same whining posts from those not even on FF....and NO I'm talking about falling off plan every once in awhile and eating a handful or chips or not drinking all your fluids.

Sea, you are fine...reading book, following plan... you are going to do well. This post is for all the 'do my own thing and call it FF' that just suddenly seemed to have appeared yet want us to support them, coddle them for eating fast food, chips etc....

Wow. How childish. I understand I am one of the people you are attacking in this post. I was under the impression that this site is here for people to support each other. I'm sorry if I was mistaken. I am on the fat flush diet, and with a few exceptions--peanut butter once and bread twice, I have slipped. I am sorry, but I have not "whined" or "wondered why I am not losing weight". I know why I haven't lost a ton of weight. Being on a diet--as you should know, is a huge lifestyle change, and it is very hard to knock old habits. Please refrain from being rude. You choose to read people's journals saying they've slipped--that's your problem, not theirs. Yes, I am struggling with this diet, and I am considering choosing another--but I refuse to be bullied into making another lifestyle change by this extremely rude post. Have a nice day.

Slim Fast options is not Fat Flush diet, nor is McDonalds, soda or french fries...by promoting that eating, newbies coming on may think...hey I can eat those on Fat Flush?? wow! Guess what, that is what made people fat to being with. Deal with it...Do Fat Flush or do you own diet. Don't waste space here promoting slim fast.

I don't believe I've had soda, french fries or macdonald's...but thanks for the "Slimfast" attack. Yeah, I drink slimfast in the morning---I bought it before I chose this diet and I find it helps to fill me up rather than eat unhealthy in the mornings--which was my downfall. I can't believe you're sitting her policing who's allowed to be on what diet just because some people don't follow it as closely as you.

Well...that is what Fat Flush is about... that is why those not following the plan, reading the book, should pick another diet to follow and be supported on. Why choose Fat Flush if you are going to follow something else? Makes NO sense.

This community is about support and encouragement. Attacking people and their efforts neither supports nor encourages. As my mother always says, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." So here is where I shall end my comment.

Aside from those few slip-ups, have you actually looked at what I've eaten? I've been following FF...thanks to you though, I think I'll choose another diet so I can be on a different forum. Instead of being crapped on for making a mistake--I'd rather be supported for making the good choices that I have made. Don't know about anyone else, but I thought that's what this site was about. I'm done with this.

Fat Flush is not a private forum. I view all forum activity as I have buddies doing many different diets. No one but you has been offended by that so far. And attacking people's efforts is not ok no matter which diet you are following.

True and I never said it was private and viewing all activity is fine but why post for support here if you aren't following this plan and just makes no sense. And, because I stand up and speak doesn't mean I'm the only one 'offended' never said I was offended either just tired of the same posts ... why can't I lose weight, or I ate to many calories and I'm following the plan...well for starters, FF isn't about counting the calories and if they read the book and followed the plan they'd know this.... I'm very supportive of those not looking for the 'quick fix' without investing in the plan. You are doing WW good for you and I'm supportive of your desire to follow that plan...but don't come looking for anwers from me if you think you are on FF but doing WW! That is where I am standing on this issue.

Honestly, what Weebeeme issaying is that FFP is complicated and challenging, and it's difficult for newbies to follow especially if there are posts in the FFP section that talk about foods andconcepts that would never be allowed on FFP-. For example, on FF you begin your day with a long lidecocktail, not slimfast. They really are 2 different things. Weebeeme is trying to steer people following their own plan to post in another place only to simplify this for people who are trying to get a handle on the FFP. That's really the whole point of fat secret- there IS support here for every plan, but they really are GROUPED BY PLAN. I hope this resolves everythoing, as the stress isn't gping to help anyone lose weight!

sorry, but I have to agree with the general concensus. You need to follow FF if you want to use this forum. I hear slim fast has an excellent diet plan if you just can't give up the slim fast and the bread. Everyone has a diet that works for them, and the first two weeks on FF are very restrictive, so you really have to have that desire to follow it precisely. If you slip on phase 2 or 3, then it is easier to go back. I agree that newcomers that come on this site, will get confused when they say what some people are eating and then saying they are following fat flush. Good luck to everyone in their weight loss no matter what diet they decide to follow. Denise

Disappointing and rude to see you venting your frustration in this way weebeeme. You could have posted a tip or sent private communications to those "offenders" who are bothering you so much, encouraging and pointing out a few things in a respectful considerate manner, instead of shouting like this here and alienating a good few people and yourself. You have in one swoop brought a great deal of disharmony to this board. That is such a shame because there was such a positive vibe here before impo. I for one have never dieted before and found this site such a great boon. It was the friendly chat that convinced me to use it. Being able to chat and encourage others as they did likewise with me. I could learn and grow. Now however your attitude has and spoiled things a little, I just hope that others new to this site won't be putt off by what you have said.

Jimbob..... I have been on this site for a while now and have always been upbeat and friendly. This site turned recently from anything but a FF site. If you found my post rude and annoying I'm sorry. I am one who says it like it is. It is annoying to come on and read post after post from those who refuse to buy and read the book and then whine that they don't know what is going wrong. I am whole heartedly supportive of any diet out there but give me a break. Don't expect me to continually hold their hands when they aren't reading nor are they following FF. I finally reached my breaking point. This area is for those on Fat Flush...not WW, not You on a diet, not 'own diet' but Fat Flush. I hope that you now will see that as a newbie all posts will be reflective of Fat Flush eating and living and being healthy in a style that is clear for all newbies.

Sounds like someone needs a chocolate bar :) Just kidding weebeeme, but honestly you could have pm'd individuals who have you so upset about this. A newbie reading this post may be frightened off by the apparent militant way in which people are taken to task...JMO
