This was the second week after the weight loss study completed, and I am reporting only for myself (and any of you who choose to read, which certainly is motivation, thank you FS). I did 21 minutes of HIIT three days this past week, 10 minutes of ttapp calisthenics six days, and due to schedule disruptions only bicycled to work one day this week, but walked longer and further than usual (taking transit) the four other weekdays. The disruption will persist through mid-May 😕. I am still pushing at the limits of my recalibrated calories on a daily basis, but tipped over only one day, and my weakly calories average just under the allotment, and certainly way under my caloric expenditure. My measurements today are 33.5” at the waist, 42 at the hip, so progress is being made quarter inch by quarter inch (it would probably look quicker in cm....though with larger numbers).
I tried on a pair of trousers from my early thirties that hadn’t gotten purged, and they buttoned and zipped, wearable but a little snug. I also put a pair of trousers from my loose and comfortable stack in my to be donated box, as they are too loose now to stay up!!!
160.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
