Took a walk to the natural spring cave on my fathers property and harvested a crop of fresh watercress. Not sure what I will be making for lunch yet... pictures forthcoming... 🌱🌿Foraging for food❤🌿🌱

Oh that is so not fair. There is no place around here to get that fresh like that. Can you grow it? Must find out!

Sure...you can grow it. The roots are like tumble weeds. Anywhere they land with water they will root. It prefers cool running water and shade. If you have a creek somewhere, its likely already growing and you just didnt realize it 😝
