My lover, best friend and husband died on Tuesday night. He had always watched me log onto My Fat Secret in the mornings, lying next to me in bed. I use to read him peoples posts and share with him what was happening on the the group. He is no longer by my side and this weight loss journey will continue in memory of him. I have to go through the process of mourning him and I find it hard to go back to places where we shared moments together. My fat secret was one of them but I have made it over that hurdle this morning by logging in and weighing myself. I willl be back many more times. I miss you bubs.

178.6 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
