i like how i was hungry just now for lunch and went to the fridge to find something to eat and decited i wanted a burger...but i got to thinking and i planed ahead i figured it would be smarter for me to have my burger but without the bun but then i thought well then that might not fill me up and ill want to eat more so i had some peas with it and a bottle of water and man i am nice and full now and i didnt use that much calls :)
