Zucchini chili with cheese and sour cream!

Details: I realized that USDA Prime brisket is the same price as the lowest grade hamburger. I got a 13lb brisket, minced 1/3(mostly point), coarse chop 1/3 and cubed 1/3(mostly the flat). Seasoned and let sit in fridge overnight. To pretenderize the cubed chunks they got bagged and hit the sous vide for four hours at 170°. The cubes and jus were added to the chili mix. Simmer and adjust flavor for hours, cool then fridge overnight.

Cube zucchini, fry in pan to get some color, add chili, simmer. Serve with cheese and sour cream!

I like cooking in large batches and freezing meal sized portions, very convenient.
