Counting calories and keeping carbs to 50 grams max. Man, am I hungry! But I am snacking small amounts of things I used to chow down on!
247.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go! I'm finding upping the fat, sticking to moderate protein and adding a few cups of green tea is keeping me away from too much carbs. I'm also eating way less than usual. Are you fasting some of the day?
