Ok, I forgot to do my crunches yesterday ! But I did ride my bike. Its not that I dont want to do those darn crunches I just forget, Im going to have to set a reminder or something...lol...yesterday was a GREAT day just because I did some exercise. Hopefully I can fit some dance cardio in ! whoa whoa !! :)
