lol fasted cardio can be done....but limited time...like a 20 min HIIT workout...I do fasted cardio in the morning.30 seconds sprint followed by 30 seconds walking or jogging and then back to 30 sec sprint.till the 20 minz are up...alternatively a 40 min slow jog....not a full body intense work out....

still, you don't have to fast before a workout. and you will still burn.

I found that I don't have energy too. I dont work out as much as I do when I've had something to eat! Yoghurt or a fruit or boiled egg!

MScotten - thanks for your advice! I tried it yesterday before doing my local Parkrun and got a minute away from my personal best. I would never have thought of trying coffee. Have done lots of fasted cardio before and it never made me feel ill, but I understand that it just doesn't sit well with some people.

uhhhm.. sorta.. You fast and do as you normally do. (intermittent fasting). But the idea is not to fast specially and then go gym.
It's something that you must be used to first. Do IF for 2weeks or 3 to get used to the pattern and your body to adjust normally. Then incorp gym into that. Otherwise you will hit the deck hard.
