I think tonight after I get done doing 30 day shred I'm going to try jogging a little and see how far I can go. I don't want to do to much but I'd really like to start running. I can tell after only doing the video for 6 days that I'm already stronger. It's not so hard to do it. I still suffer through the whole thing but now not so much :) My legs feel like jelly only a little instead of a lot....

Did you by any chance get the link I sent you, in a pm, for starting to run? I don't think it's a good idea to just go out cold turkey and see how far you can jog. You're probably going to regret it in a day or two. IMHO.

I got the link. I've been doing a little interval training. The longest I went was I think 2 minutes walking and 5 minutes running and repeating that. That was a few months ago. I doubt I could do that now. It's been too long. I think I might do my intervals again instead of just jogging like you said. The last thing I need is to injure myself considering I'm going to be doing a lot of walking tomorrow.

I am so proud of you! I can't imagine doing this on a daily basis.
If it were me I would focus on one thing at a time but I tend to get overwhelmed easily.
