No diet. No exercise. Just went back vegan. I do raw till 5 and a cooked dinner. Keeping it around 1900 calories. Cut out all pre-packaged stuff, whole foods only... Fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, dates, and water/tea/coffee ☕🍋🍇🍉🌽🍅

Well today is my second day so let’s see how it goes! I had a smoothie and had a 2 mile walk today so far. I have to lose weight because I’m short and I’m getting a lot of anxiety plus my family keep telling me I’m not disciplined and I’m gaining too much. I need to take control! 6 pounds in a week is amazing! Congrats!!
