Had a rough last month, with my "cheat days" spanning a whole month. I could blame it on my birthday or my family being in town from out of state, but I just need to do better monitoring what I eat and stopping myself from hitting up fast food joints for "convenience".
Today I'm back fully on Keto & counting calories, which is what I contribute to my weight loss at the start of the year. My goal of 185 is still in sight, and I'm hardset on reaching it before September.
