So today my weight is higher. I think I was losing weight so well before because of stress. I just started some birth control pills so I'm worried that they will make me blow up! I noticed that I am very weak right after work, before diner and before my husband gets home. So I've found a way to work around it and stay out of the kitchen. I walk in the front door and let the dogs out the front so I don't walk through the kitchen at all. Then I walk straight into the spair room change my clothes and work out. This way I can't sit on the couch and be lazy or gourge on junk food. It worked yesterday, hopefully it will work today too!

Remember that your weight can fluctuate hourly. The scale is effected my many things (too much sodiom, starting a new exercise plan, pms, etc.). All the food and drink we have during the day is also added. The most important thing about the scale is the overall downward trend through a period of time. Don't sweat it if the scale is up one day from another. If you have been eating healthy and exercising, it will come off. Good luck!
