Doing very well with my "diet". It's getting slightly easier to only eat at mealtimes, and making good portion size choices. My gym time is not yet there, but that can wait. I'm fine working on just diet for now, until it becomes a more ingrain habit.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.2 lb a week

Great drop, don't worry about the gym it will come in time. Weight loss is 80% diet 20% exercise. Keep up the great work!
