weight has been holding at 204.5 @ work scale. Dr office recorded 201. Bumped half phentermine up to whole one today. Have been going over cal total. Survived B-Day week with a little cake extra rice and some Easter candy. Made a lemon pepper cabbage with bacon soup to help fill me up. With working nights going to have to schedule a lunch during the day and a small dinner at 2am. Wish I could do a fasting day but don't have the will power. Today MN is having an April blizzard over a foot of snow. Hopefully plows have done their job tonight to get to work.

Well done doing your week of temptation in a controlled manner. I find hard to control the 'beast' inside the body that get woken up by carbs and sweets. A day of fasting will probably get easier when the 'beast' go into hibernation soon.
