A little disappointed to say the least after working so hard this week with healthy eating & exercise - no change 😞
141.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That’s been me for a few weeks now. Just down a little, up a little bit staying in the same area. It is so disappointing and frustrating! I’m sorry you’re going through it too!

I feel for you. it's so disheartening but it seems we all go through it from time to time so keep focused and when it starts to drop off again it'll all be worth it! it takes discipline and dedication to do it which is why so many people just can't! you got this so stay strong 👍😊

Thank you all 😊. I keep reminding myself that the alternative is not where I want to be so will keep pushing on and hopefully it will pay off. Would be far easier if I wasn’t such a foodie! Love Love Love my food...x
