I am so proud. I was doing 30 day shred last night and I looked over and my almost 3 year old was trying to copy what I was doing :) I was on the floor doing crunches or something and he was on the floor with me trying to do the crunches with his little legs in the air. It was so funny. When I had to get up and do jumping jacks and jump rope exercises he was jumping all over the living room copying me..... Then my 7 year old came in and was doing the jumping jacks with us. It was so wonderful.

I love it that they were trying to copy the exercises I was doing.
