This is just the second time I have weighed myself on this health journey. I am pleased to know that simply counting calories is actually working for me. I am not staying away from great tasting salad dressings, and I am eating as much fruit as my calorie intake for the day will allow. So I have not felt deprived and I have not had any bad craving attacks💕 I feel victory is ahead on my weight/health battle💕
