I don't get it . Why do i eat so much during the week-ends??? This is been going on for almost a month now. I followed my diet plan from Monday thru friday but as soon as saturday night hit i go crazy.
I really don't know what to do. Maybe it's because i don't go out that much these days so staying home give me food cravings. Wenesday i hit my lowest weight 208.8lbs i don't even remember last time i weighed so little (maybe 5 years ago)...well that's still a lot but i'm sure you guys understand. Anyway last night i was 212.4 so i gained 4 pounds this past week-end UGH...Today i'm doing take off and i know if i do it the way i'm supposed to i will see results so i have my fingers crossed and my mind set, it's only 2 days I CAN DO IT!!!!! Neverthless i have to come with a solution for the week-ends.

Weekends are very hard for me to. My husband always wants to go out to eat and that makes it much more difficult for me to stay on my plan. You can do it though!! Try to plan what you are going to eat before the weekend and include in it your favorite foods that are on your plan. Hope this helps!! Hange in there!

I have trouble with weekends too. The place I work makes it darn near impossible to stay within my fat/calorie intake. What I try to do is plan ahead. Plan to eat your favorite on-plan dishes on the days when it is hardest to say no to really bad stuff. That way there is little to no feeling of deprivation, then by Monday you're not all frazzled and guilty from the weekend... Okay, I just realized I said almost the exact same thing baileysmom just said...Sorry, I hadn't read it yet! Oh well-- good advice, anyhow! Good luck! =P
