Had my body scan today. Overall over the last 27 days I have lost 2.9% bodyfat, Weight wise lost 6.8kg, 6.2Kg of fat, 500g of muscle and there is 100g of water level difference. Honestly thought I would do better but I am happy with the 3% drop in body fat over 27 days as well as my cholesterol which is now in the normal band. I still have a long way to go but I know that with perseverance I will make it.
260.1 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
