Saw my ex yesterday and told her all about my weightloss strategy and journey. I showed my results and she said I look too skinny. Haha! I'll take that as a compliment, thank you.

Clocked in total calories at 1942; 72g fat, 32 n.carbs, 205g protein, and 2850mg sodium. Worked out for 45 minutes doing back and biceps weight resistance supersets, all resulting in a 1 lb loss this morning. Not too shabby. Oh did I mention I also had 4 michelob ultras last night? 2.5g carbs per bottle. bwahahah! It may be a light beer, but it's actually not bad taste-wise. It's 97 calories per bottle, low carb, and I had a buzz off of two. After four I was happily buzzed. I think I've found my new go-to beer :D

Nice comp from the ex!! Hey, you should give Bud Select 55 a try before choosing Ultra as your new go-to brew!!

I'll try the Select 55 and see what it's all about! I sure do miss the ice cold brews.. I was a total IPA guy there for a while before going low carb. Lately to cut the carbs, I've been having whiskey and bourbon when out and about. It's nice to know I don't have to stick with the hard stuff to get my alcohol fix when out on the town to stay low carb :)

Sounds like a jealous ex! IPA guy myself, can't do the light beers man! I don't buy beer for at home anymore. I'll drink rum & diet or vodka cran (if I can afford the carbs) at home. Don't go out too often, but if I do go out for a beer, I get what I want and call it a cheat day!

bud 55 is my beer, the 12th most popular thing i consume. had some last night. it's fine. i also think you are too skinny. i don't like when boys weigh less than me ;P

I feel like a gangsta now... all my clothes are getting way too baggy and saggy! I'll start beefing up with heavier weights after I achieve 6-packdom, but not to the musclehead point. But you know, I carry a lot of my weight in my legs. They've become tree trunks with all the hiking and trail running I've been doing! I'm getting soccer player legs. What I like about alcohol cheat days is it usually dehydrates me anyway, so I usully lose a lb or two haha.

Love my alcohol...here's a breakdown/tip: vodka-0 carb/56 cal per serving (shot)...with Sprite Zero Crown-0 carb/82 cal...with Sprite Zero Bud 55-1.9 carb/55 cal/.90 prot per brew No need to cheat lol...oh and gangsta clothes not cool...soccer legs cool!

Ultra has become my go to...I really miss my magic hat, corona and bluemoon but ya do what ya gotta. I like the pomigranate :-). I usually stay with vodka a zero cal mixers but sometime you need a brew! (And I'm going to a party at the brewery tonight lol!) Don't get skinny... we girls like something to hold on to ;-).

Ya, I used to drink Guinness ALL THE TIME. But had to nix that years ago, and then moved onto IPAs which I really miss now. But with Ultra and 55, it's nice to know I can still have a couple and have no ill effects. I had 2 more Ultras last night (the bar didnt carry 55) and went trail running/hiking afterwards for 1.5 hours. Haha! Ya, I may have burped and tasted a little, but it didnt sit heavy at all. Oh, and there's plenty to hold on to! haha! I'm losing the chubb, but far from scrawny.
