My daughter had a friend's birthday party at the water park today, we had a blast! They brought out DQ ice cream cake, and I declined my own but it's basically my favorite thing so I ate some of my daughters. Since I was sure I broke my ketosis anyways I decided to go out for pizza with my parents AND had a beer. I didn't eat most of the crust, but did have some and even though I didn't adhere to my diet today I am still sure I had at least somewhat of a calorie defecit so woo! It was a GREAT day 😁

Also upped my usual 30 min to 45 min MIIT and stairs 👍 Doesn't sound like much, but that's what I can maintain ATM. Working up to 30 min am and 30 pm 6 days/week.
