So turns out I actually did gain a little during my month long hiatus; about 2.5 lbs. So, this week I actually lost 4 or 5 pounds eating no more than 20g of carbs a day. It was a pretty good week this time. Think I'll do another one. My husband and I tried to embrace it and enjoy the proteins-steak, corn beef brisket, flounder, shrimp- it was quite yummy! Going on vacation April 2nd so it would be great to lose another 4 pounds before we go!
