hola.... new at this.... started jenny Craig Monday added gym... keeping track.... I'm committed trying not to lose the enthusiasm! HELP!!!

Thanks y'all!! I wanna get pregnant... and i seen to already be going up... not a good place to start. I started to see the double chin.. need a change... costing too much money and I'm unemployed... wa wa waa

If You want to get pregnant look into the keto diet. Don't think Jenny Craig will do it for you and it is expensive. Keto can be too but the food is so yummy and I know this sounds strange but you actually eat a lot of good for you fats. There are lots of books on the keto diet and websites too. My daughter has been strict on it for 5 weeks now and has lost an amazing 20 lbs already. I understand it helps regulate hormones and is good for the female fertility a lot of the want to be mommies have PCOS and they have been reporting great results Like 45 lbs lost and I found out yesterday I'm pregnant, one woman wrote . I understand the Keto diet will up the sperm count in the males too.

I am finding the Keto plan is so easy, I’ve studied all the foods to see which are lowest in net carbs, and high fiber, but this app on fat secret really takes the guess work out of the counting and measuring, this app is a Life Saver !

Dieting didn't cast me anything. Eat clean, watch calories, and exercise. Clean eating means if it comes in a box don't eat it, stay away from high glycemic foods, kick refined wheat and sugars to the curb, stay away from soft drinks. My diet saved me mony while I lost weight. Even though I paid more for better food, portion control made it net neutral. Lots of luck, determination is the key, keep your head in it to win it.
