OK, I am back. My birthday was an orgy of sugar and sweet potato fries, and now I have to suffer through additive withdrawal. The Captain and I also had a short fling. The next morning, I saw that I'd had about six ounces, which is four drinks beyond my normal limit. Today I fast, and tomorrow, menu planning for the next week commences. I may do what my mother did and make a general weekly menu to follow ad infinitum. "If it is Wednesday, we have Garam Masala."
