Had my first weigh-in since getting back on track. Feeling good about this, but waiting to see if it’s the same till my next Weigh-In Wednesday and not just water weight.

Diet has been going good so far. My weekdays are consistent and within my RDI. My weekends are on average 500 calories over my daily limit, but I’m working on that and/or compensating by working out and eating very well during the weekdays.

P.S. Pastries and sweets are my Kryptonite!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
