This flu has wrecked my week but recovery is important. I'll just have to start again from Monday.

I know how you feel, flu is super irritating it tends to get in your way just as you are hitting your stride. and if you ignore it, it just hangs around and affects your performance like a crazy stalker. keep strong and try some immunity boosters, you will come out of this stronger my fellow soldier.

Thanks everyone! I checked my weight this morning and I'm about 2.8kg up which is not too bad considering the meds and foods I've been eating. I'm rebooting from Monday.

Bad one bro. I usually stop all weights and only do light cardio. boost mysrlf up to 3mg vit c and fluids. Lots of rest too. Hope you beat it soon!

MuttonCurrie I haven't been to gym to have a workout since October 2017. I got a poke frm my GP and took the meds and now back on track :)
