I was feeling fluish and getting a scratchy throat so I started taking some flu meds and antibiotics so my week has not been on plan so I won't be weighing in this week.
After a 10kg loss I guess it's ok to take a 1 week break and then just start again next week :) I'm still following my IF regimen tho.
