I feel fat today. I guess its because I haven't been working out the past couple days. Exercise really makes me feel good! I wish I could find the time and energy to just do it! Maybe I will weigh myself tomorrow.

It's been a week like that for me too with the working out. I usually am so good at working out when I'm following my diet, but lately, it's been really hard to find the motivation. I've done really good on my diet, though! Let's see if we can send each other some motivation vibes. I promised myself I was going to workout today. We can both do this. Stay strong and just remember what your goals are and ultimately you will find the motivation to get moving!!

2 quick ideas: 1) rebound- only takes 5 min a day! 2) walk away dvds- takes 15 min to do a mile! even tae bo is fast!
