The husband spontaneously invited himself on my walk last night. It was very nice. I enjoyed the conversation and the extra security (our neighborhood can be a little sketchy). It makes the time go by so much faster. I suppose I could get my Zune loaded up with tunes, also.

Wednesday weigh in at the doctor's office was a big hit. I had lost 8.4 lbs. since last Wednesday. I imagine it will start slowing down again here soon but loving it while it lasts. I do not regret upping my RDI. It's kind of tough to increase the amount of calories I am eating since I am already in the habit of eating less. I added more cheese and some almonds. Both are high in fat, though.

I installed an app on my phone that reminds me every 2 hours to drink water and lets me keep track of how much water I have been drinking throughout the day. It doesn't always keep me on track but I think it helps.

I am going to go into the office to work tomorrow. My boss is getting fidgety about not seeing me for a while. Princess is largely the same although she has more energy. I just wish the intestinal stuff would clear up.

I am loving the low cal mustard vinaigrette from Cheesecake Factory. Supposedly, it has only 1g of fat and 1g of carbs for every tablespoon and only 13 calories. I find it hard to believe but several sites said the same thing so I am going with it. I bought a jar to take home even.

That's it for now. I've been reading all my buddies journals but lately I feel like I have nothing worthwhile to say so I haven't been commenting much. I still care, though!
