OMG, can't believe I have done 9 days without meat, going on 10... Sweet Baby Jesus.
and by no meat, I say no pork, beef or chicken. I accidentally had a little bit of eggs cause I didnt see it but overall no anything. Super excited for this Vegan Journey...
122.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
