Hello guys, in 4 more days it will be 1 month without eating any meat: chicken, beef, port, sea food, or drinking regular milk. It was hard at first, but I was able to do it. So I shall stick with it until I hit one month and then decide if I want to continue or stop and have some meat. We will see!! Happy Friday yall.
121.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’ve been a vegetarian (still eat dairy and eggs) for 25 years. I never liked meat though, so the transition was easy. Finding great recipes with lots of flavor will help you. I love Mexican food and replace all the meat with black beans and lots of cumin. Marinated (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey) veggies on the grill are delicious too and might help you when others are grilling meat 😊
