Thought I would have weighed more due to all that I ate over the weekend. Apparently all the yard work is helping offset the calories. Now its time to lose. Hardest time not to cheat is around 7 - 8pm. I really need to push that water. Writing in this journal is helping greatly. I can do this. Have also started tracking weight watchers points and i am staying in line. I do fine during the week and crash big time on the weekends. I can do it! I WILL do it!
