No change today. But better than gaining. Going to casino tomorrow! The buffet will be a challenge. Hope to lose weight and gain $$$.😁.
203.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 43.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

enjoy yourself at the buffet. If you’ve been in a consistent deficit, one single day of eating won’t make a difference, just continue with a deficit the days following the buffet and you’ll lose weight just fine. Obviously the scale will go up in weight the day after, pay no attention to it. 👍🏻
