I am buggin out.. i had to weigh myself like 6 times. i moved the scale all over the house to make sure it lwasnt broken.. i dropped 6.1 lbs.. im still not believing it.. but awww maww gawdd. I worked out longer this morning. went all Keto crazy.. but i just want to thank apll my FS supporters for getting me through this week.. sending u all HUGZZZZ. thank you..
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
