Today I really blew it. I had an all day meeting which included a potluck lunch. Tonights dinner was my youngest son's birthday celebration at Pepperoni's. Yes, pizza, subs and pasta. I had a salad and half on order of Chicken Alfredo, my favorite. Needless to say 67 carbs later. Oh well I did not eat the strawberry cake with cream cheese icing. That is one plus for the day. Tomorrow will be better.

You’re ok. Your progress is fine, this won’t do any harm. Whatever weight gained will. Most likely be water weight, undigested food, poop, so don’t worry about this at all and if you see anywhere from 1 to 5 pounds on the scale tomorrow granted that’s going to be water weight not body fat gain you’ll be OK

Thanks for the support everyone . I was really mad at myself when my test strips only showed trace amounts, this morning. So I had my coffee with heavy cream, eggs and bacon. At 10am, I will eat blackberries(because I love them) and avocado with mayo for fat. I hardly ever hit my 1305 calories, but I am working on that. Today is a new day and we have blue skies.

Hollilou, 1305 calories is a little low for your current weight, may also be the culprit that lead to this hunger pang, if that’s what you’re aiming for daily. Try upping it to 1500. And see how the next 2 weeks goes weight loss wise and if that’s not enough, then start dropping it down.

Oh and also you didn’t “blow it” you ate food your body needed, it’s full, and weight loss will still continue and you’re most likely going to still lose weight in the following days anyway. So don’t feel guilty about enjoying foods for a day. 👍🏻

Keeping the carbs low makes hunger pangs a thing of the past!
