Long hard day. Forgot my breakfast and ice water for the flea market. Get to the market and open up my booth my buddy next to me isn't there. Go to get breakfast that I forgot and the breakfast place was closed for the first time in years. They went out of town so no bacon and eggs for me. I did have to get something to eat. I got chicken on a stick, probably the best thing for me there since no bacon and eggs. The sauce they marinated it in had some sugar taste but it wasn't too sweet and I guessed at the sauce for carbs today. I picked on it for breakfast and lunch because there was nothing else to eat on atkins there. :( I really wish I didn't forget my food and water. I also had a diet pepsi since it was about 100 degrees inside the market today. Rough day, glad I'm home.
