Today was a good day. I am ending the day with calories to spare and I was so busy running around all day that I know I burned a ton of calories. I am not hungry, in fact I've been pleasantly comfortable all day! I know I didn't have the best eating day but I kept my calories down and so that's where it's important to focus. Less carbs tomorrow, more protein and veggies :)
